This new Parisian address offers its clientele traditional French cuisine with a Japanese touch, in reference to the origins of the Machja chef. Indeed, the menu is signed by the talented Japanese chef Koji Arima, who has already worked with the multi-starred chef Éric Fréchon in his gastronomic restaurant Epicure.

In this chic and sober setting where you will feel at home, the chef prepares different menus to guarantee the freshness, quality and seasonality of the selected products.

And what about the menu? For starters, a wide selection of platters, followed by an oven-fried marrow bone or fried angel hair prawns with mayo/sat sauce. To end on a high note, the emblematic crème brulée or poached pear Belle-Hélène style.
