For Easter, the Cheval Blanc Paris offers a pop-up chocolate shop

In the run-up to Easter, Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric of the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel has designed and created chocolate creations that will delight young and old alike. The creations are presented in a pop-up store and ephemeral tea room, from 1 to 30 April 2022. Immersion in a new showcase of gourmet delights.

 

For one month, the Limbar café on the ground floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel will be transformed for the Easter holidays. Pastry chef Maxime Frédéric is presenting his signature collections and new creations for this occasion. You will have the possibility to taste them on the spot or to take them away.

Maxime Frédéric presents his signature creation, the egg-carrousel, a daring piece made from three different cocoa beans. This 40cm creation has a chocolate mechanism that stages the carousel, making the horses dance.

The Chef also offers a reinterpretation of six chicken eggs, inspired by the old breed hens from Maxime Frédéric’s family farm. Six delicious eggs with flavours of pistachio, buckwheat vanilla, coconut, peanut, hazelnut and cocoa.

Maxime Frédéric could not miss the famous emblem of the House, the horse. The icon of the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel comes in the form of a chocolate origami kit, like a 3D puzzle. Now it’s your turn to play !

For strawberry lovers, the chef has created a strawberry-chocolate bar made from Ciflorette strawberries, a fruity and soft ganache and a chocolate crunch.

The tea time at Cheval Blanc Paris has also been transformed for the approaching Easter holidays. Chocolate is featured in all the creations offered in the tea room. The famous tea time, served between 2 and 4 times, is proposed at 65€ for a two-step snack, 75€ for a three-step snack and 95€ for a four-step snack.
